JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you want to contribute to legal security, quality, and good service in the social services' work? We are now looking for a meticulous and structured administrator for the unit for operational support within Employment and Welfare.
As an administrator with us, you will work with document and information management and play an important role in ensuring that the social services' information is handled correctly according to applicable legislation. You will be part of a competent team working together to support the management's operations.
Your main tasks include:
- Sorting digital information and archiving in paper archives.
- Migrating digital information from a closed operational system to the current system.
- Administrative tasks related to the operations, such as registry requests, extracts from client files, registrations in operational systems, and similar.
- The tasks may also include invoice management and personnel administration as needed.
The work involves both collaboration and independent responsibility. You are expected to take your own initiatives, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to the needs of the operations. The role also includes heavier tasks related to work in the archive at times.
The work is governed by laws and regulations such as the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (OSL), the Archives Act, and the Social Services Act (SoL), as well as the municipality's internal governing documents.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has:
- Education in archives, information security, or administration.
- At least 5 years of experience in administrative processing.
- Good computer skills and experience with digital systems, such as the Office suite.
- Experience in archiving, both digitally and in paper format.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Education in social law, OSL, and the Archives Act.
- Experience in social services work or authority exercise.
- Experience working in the Lifecare and/or Viva systems.
- Experience working in a politically governed organization.
To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you work in a structured and meticulous manner and take responsibility for your tasks. You are self-driven and unpretentious, while also being able to adapt and prioritize between different tasks as needs shift. The role also requires a service-oriented approach and comfort in collaborating with both internal and external contacts. Since documentation and communication are central parts of the work, you need to have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
We place great importance on your personal qualities.
Interviews are scheduled for March 9 and 10.
